As a contractor and/or user, through this document, I voluntarily declare my acceptance of the following contracts, waivers, and clauses.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
I assume on my own account the risks, dangers, accidents, and/or contingencies that occur in connection with my participation in any activity carried out within the premises of Virtua Arcade S.L. Therefore, I assume extra-contractual civil liability, accident expenses, hospital expenses, funeral expenses, and other costs that may arise in the event of an accident and by participation, and I also waive the right to sue Virtua Arcade S.L.
I make the above statement having been fully informed of the risks and possible accidents that can occur, as one can experience intense experiences with this technology. My compliance with the instructions from the monitors makes me solely responsible and exempts the organizer from liability. Therefore, I expressly renounce any claims by myself, my parents, or legal representative for any injury that may occur to me, accident, or other contingencies against my personal integrity while I am within this establishment.
ADMISSION OF LIABILITY
I declare that I will be financially responsible for any damage caused by myself or my representatives to the equipment or the premises of Virtua Arcade S.L, during the time we are using them.
AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
By signing this document, I declare that I have been informed by Virtua Arcade S.L. that:
I. The company will act as the Data Controller of the personal data of which I am the owner, and may collect, use, and process my personal data in accordance with the Company’s Personal Data Processing Policy available at www.virtuabarcelona.com.
II. My rights as the data subject are those provided in the Constitution and the law, especially the right to know, update, rectify, and delete my personal information, as well as the right to revoke the consent given for the processing of personal data; this action can be carried out by phone, calling 938 06 57 57, or by email at info@virtuabarcelona.com. The rights can be exercised through the free channels provided by the Company and in accordance with the Company’s Personal Data Processing Policy.
Considering the above, I voluntarily, previously, explicitly, informedly, and unequivocally authorize the Company to process my personal data in accordance with the Company’s Personal Data Processing Policy and for purposes related to its corporate purpose and especially for legal, contractual, and commercial purposes described in the Company’s Personal Data Processing Policy.
