CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings can be changed and/or cancelled with 48h notice.
Group bookings can be cancelled and changed with 1 week notice.
The refund will be made by the same payment method.
The purchase of Gift Vouchers is non-refundable and these vouchers expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
OTHER
It is not allowed to bring drinks and/or food from outside the premises.
If you come to Virtua under the effects of alcohol or drugs, you will not be able to perform the activity.
Right of admission is reserved.
DELAY POLICY
It is advisable to arrive 5-10 minutes early. On the other hand, if you arrive 10 minutes or more late, without prior notice, the reservation will be considered canceled. In no case will the reservation time be extended if the cause is related to late arrival at our facilities.
